Cancellation Our policy lasts for only 10 days after the submission of your letter request. If 10 days have gone by since your payment for the service, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. So, you must ensure immediate cancellation of the request before our efforts are consumed to get your amount refunded. As we take all the efforts for letter improvisation, quality, standards, form submission patterns with utmost care, Letter cannot be returned to us at any cost. If returned, we are not supposed to repay the amount you paid.
